Around the fullest part of your chest, over a t-shirt. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

Lay a jacket that fits you flat and zipped. Measure armpit to armpit, double it, then match the Jacket chest column.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Leather gives a little with wear but never grows a full size, and a jacket you can layer under is the one you keep reaching for. Every piece can also be made to your own measurements — just ask.
